1) How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
At Kinder Logs, we try our best to process and dispatch the order within 8-24 hours (working days), once the order is confirmed and the payment has been made.
2) From where do you operate?

3) Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?

4) What are your shipping charges?
At present, we ship only in India, and there are no extra shipping charges on orders.
5) Can you please elaborate on the order dispatch & delivery details?
At Kinder Logs, once a customer places an order, we try to dispatch it within 8 to 24 hours during the working days (Monday to Saturday).
We are currently using the DTDC courier service for all our orders, and we are not charging our customers for the same.
After shipping a customer's order, we share the tracking ID (consignment number) on the customer's phone number via WhatsApp. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 days.
