WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We are currently using the DTDC courier service for all our orders. After shipping a customer's order, we share the tracking ID (consignment number) on the customer's phone number via WhatsApp. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 days. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
The DTDC courier and packing charges are included in all of our products listed on the website. No extra shipping charges will be added at the time of checkout.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery.
